Gender Equality

Gender Equality and Social Inclusion was held from July 3rd to 7th, 2023, in Sofia, Bulgaria. This training was a key part of the “FIVE SKILLS ONE SPORTER” project, aiming to promote gender equality and social inclusion through sports. Hosted by Champions Factory, the event gathered participants from organizations such as Work Experience Agency Hybrid Sport, L'Orma, WSBINOZ, and Sport Evolution Alliance.

Training Objectives

Licensed Professionals

Promoting Gender Equality in Sports: The training aimed to educate participants on how sports can challenge gender stereotypes and create equitable environments for all.

Eco-Friendly Design

Equipping for Inclusivity: Participants were provided with tools and strategies to foster inclusive sports practices that welcome individuals from all gender identities.

First-Rate Materials

Bridging Communities: By using sports as a medium, the training sought to promote social inclusion, breaking down barriers between diverse communities.

Inspiring Action: The program aimed to encourage participants to implement sports-based initiatives that support equality and inclusion in their organizations.
